Rhys has over 7 years experience working at the forefront of digital advertising. He started his career in the legal profession at Shell and then moved to his first media role at BLM in London. Following a move north, Rhys set up MediaCom North's digital division with clients including MBNA and JD Sports. In 2004 Rhys moved to MediaCom London to take over the running of Egg, Boots and Masterfoods. Paid search was starting to develop and he became one of the foremost experts in this area keeping clients like Egg and Total Jobs at the leading edge of search. Rhys now sits on the IPA's Search Council advising on industry policy in the area.

Pete was grabbed from the world of traditional media planning and buying by the golden glow of digital media way back in 1996 to become one of the first UK digital pioneers. He has been ploughing his digital trade ever since. Pete was Modem Media's first European media planner, founded his own media agency media21 in 1999, and co-founded the creative agency Glue. Following the private sale of media21 to Grey Global, he also co-ran MediaCom's digital division for 4 years, sitting on the main agency board. He decided to leave to subsequently found agenda21 in 2005 to provide advertisers with excellence in media planning across the ever expanding range of digital media channels. Pete regularly gets asked to speak at industry events, and was listed 3rd in Campaign's 'Online Pioneers' top 10.

Nick has over 10 years experience at the forefront of digital advertising in the UK. With long term business partner Pete Robins, Nick pioneered digital media in the UK with one of the first digital media agencies, media21 in 1998. Through media21, Nick was also an initial investor in leading digital creative agency Glue London. Following a private sale to Grey Global Group and the successful turnaround of Mediacom's ailing digital division Media.com, with agenda21 Nick aims to provide clients with straightforward answers in an ever changing digital landscape working with clients like Total Jobs, Epson Europe and Ministry of Sound.
