None of the great work we do would be possible without the awesome people in our team.

We could try to tell what it’s like to work here and all the reasons we think it’s great, but let’s face it we’ll sound like every other agency and it won’t be a true reflection of us. So we’d rather our people tell you themselves*:

What I really love about agenda21 is that it is a fast-paced and dynamic company which has allowed me to be exposed to incredible opportunities that have steered my career in the direction I wanted. One of the best things about working here is being surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the industry across all levels of the business. The team values continuous learning and development and we share an open environment in which we celebrate the success of others.
— Michalis, Head of Paid Search
Having so many young talents under one roof means you get to exchange with people from different backgrounds and learn every day. I get to go from one project to another and have discussions about topics from audience segments, smart bidding, data layer, html sitemap…When people are that passionate about their area of expertise it makes it so easy to communicate with clients, and means no day is like the other!
— Martin, Client Account Director
I came to agenda21 after working client side and I was nervous initially as I’d heard agencies can be fast-paced and pretty cut-throat. As it happens, being offered this job has probably been the best thing that’s happened to me, work-wise. Everyone’s been kind and helpful from day one, and I can honestly say I’ve never worked anywhere where there’s a perfect balance between feeling supported but also being encouraged to do your own thing. Oh, and I love the people. I’ve never worked with a bunch of such clever, sharp, funny, calm, brilliant people.
— Vicky, Content Account Manager

That pretty much sums us up.

*no incentives, bonuses or bribes were offered or given in exchange for these opinions, we promise.

Also, we’re so clever and digitally ‘on it’ we even put our Instagram feed below, so you can see what we look like:
