We're looking for a brilliant Account Manager to take ownership of the creation, optimisation and development of a patch of our Paid Search search accounts. You’ll be the first point-of-call for your client accounts across all their PPC needs, managing the performance of the activity. Working closely with an Account Executive to support you, you'll manage and help their development too. We need someone who can hit the ground running, so experience in PPC within an agency environment is essential. If you have experience with large brands, that’s a bonus, but what we’re really looking for is passion and drive to deliver for our clients.
SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Deep understanding of clients' brand, business, marketing and objectives and where search fits within theses
Agreeing and delivering the performance, return on investment and other KPIs
Developing campaign strategies that achieve client outcomes and goals
Managing bidding strategies across accounts and ensure activity is to budget
Delivering in-depth analysis to understand performance and driving innovation, ideas and strategic guidance across the team
Working alongside Client Directors and other teams to achieve key business objectives, offering insight and direction around Paid Search
Building partnerships with internal and external parties
THINGS YOU’LL NEED
2-4 years' relevant experience
Experience in the development, management, and coordination of Paid Search and Google Shopping strategies
A proactive, solution focused and ambitious approach - willing to go the extra mile
Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre, shopping feeds and opportunities within Google Shopping
Comfortable working to CPA, revenue and ROI targets
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
PPC Account Manager
Media Account Executive
Our Account Executives play a front-line role in supporting the Media teams to implement paid media campaigns across our client portfolio. This involves all aspects of campaigns including data collection, reporting, analysis, campaign management and wider account management. The role is key to ensure the campaign achieves its KPIs and that our clients are happy, with their expectations managed. Perfect for someone starting out in media, we’re looking for a keen bean who wants to develop skills across a range of disciplines.
Some things you’ll be responsible for:
Paid media partner research and media plan recommendations based on client KPIs
Set up relevant campaign settings and tracking of campaign elements
Implementation of account tasks, working alongside the Account Manager
Accurately monitoring campaign performance and budget pacing, highlighting any fluctuations and providing suggestions
Attend necessary client calls/meetings
Campaign optimisations and tests with attention to detail and accuracy
Provide key insights into performance in reporting commentary
Manage the finance process so invoices are accurate and delivered on time
