With a deep understanding of their businesses, goals and requirements, you’ll become a partner to our clients and become obsessed with providing them with advice, ideas and strategic guidance through your knowledge, curiosity and inquisitive nature. You’ll be responsible for the commercial aspects of these relationships too, driving client growth and ensuring delivery against their needs. You’ll also be involved in new business pitches, helping us to win new clients and projects to help achieve our own ambitious business goals.

Client Services Director

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team. Supporting an Account Director, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of client accounts. You will be required to assist on, and lead, client projects (planning, implementation, budget management, invoicing and reporting), working closely with all teams in the agency, bridging the gap between our clients and our specialists to ensure that all work is delivered on brief, on time, on budget and to the highest standard. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with client deliverables and won’t rest until these are delivered and any problems are solved.
